Welcome to the Hempfield Area Athletic Associations Scheduling Software Website. Here you will find things such as team game schedules, scores, standings, names and addresses of area complexes, fields, and contact information for head coaches, and league officials.
Under the Location Schedules tab you will find the addresses to all of the fields. Here you will also find descriptions of where the field is within the complexes, schools, and areas housing our playing fields. These descriptions have been added to some, but not all of the fields. Anyone willing to help with filling in the ones that do not have descriptions , please contact Rob Miller with this information to have a desciption added for your field.
Our League Latest News Section is a good resource for important league dates as well as meetings, playoff dates, and locations and times of such events. Please check back for updates as the season progresses.
We also have a link section with links to our rules, by laws, and other useful information. There are also links provided to our Hempfield Area Athletic Asssociation Facebook Page where you will find useful information, posts, pictures and other things pertaining to the league. We have also provided a link,for reference, to the Pony Baseball Website, and the USA Softball Website, formerly known as ASA Softball.
Please keep in mind that this website is usually updated daily, but please allow up to 24 hours for updated scores, standings, and schedule changes. All baseball and softball scores can be reported via text to Rob Miller, by both home and away teams. All schedule changes, should be communicated by the head coach of the team, and should be reported to Rob Miller.
Coaches, upon receiving your schedule via this website, please review and start to confirm that the scheduled games will work for you and your team. HAAA asks that you make these changes early in the season to assure you meet game requirements to be eligible for end of season playoffs. Please do not wait until the day of games to report you do not have enough players for a game. This should be determined well ahead of scheduled games. Please refer to league rules for details on these games played requirements.
Please keep in mind, this is a Recreational Baseball/Softball League for kids of all ages, skill level, and ability. Please have a competitive, yet educational season where we teach the fundamentals of the game, while providing an environment that fosters team work, sportsmanship and most importantly fun! Coaches, players, families, umpires, league officials, and anyone else within Hempfield Area Athletic Association are held to this standard and conduct should remain as such.
