Important Information - Please read this message completely and carefully.
FOLLOW THIS SCHEDULE ONLY!!! DO NOT GO BY ANYONE'S FACEBOOK PAGE OR ANY OTHER SCHEDULE. THIS IS THE ONLY TRUE VALID SCHEDULE. DO NOT SCREEN SHOT THIS SCHEDULE IN CASE OF A SCHEDULE UPDATE.
Please check our web site every Wednesday after 6 pm for possible game time changes that may impact your child's game schedule.
HELP US KEEP YOUR SPORTS COMPLEX CLEAN!
Weather Updates for game days will be made by the administration by 8:00 am game day morning. IF CANCELED coaches will be notified, a league email will be sent, it will be updated on the website under the League Update tab, and posted on all social media platforms. If games are cancelled, they will be made up on the following Tuesday.
Heat Index Policy
The safety of our athletes is our highest priority. Sports of All Sorts follows KHSAA Heat Index Guidelines.
Heat Index: 100°–104°
The following safety measures will be implemented:
Heat Index will be measure from the field location.
Unlimited access to water
Mandatory 10-minute hydration breaks every 30 minutes
Ice towels available as needed
Continuous monitoring of athletes
Opportunities for athletes to change into dry clothing
Reduced outdoor activity
Heat Index Above 104°
Heat Index will be measure from the fields.
All outdoor activities, including practices and games, will be canceled.
Indoor activities without air conditioning will also be suspended.
Heat index readings will be taken at the field location. If the heat index exceeds 104°, coaches will be notified and practices will be canceled.
The League format will be the following:
8 weeks of practice, 8 regular season games,
Week of 06/29 - 1 hour of practice during the week, NO Game on Saturday, 07/4
Week of 07/06 - 1 hour of practice during the week, Game on Saturday, 07/11
Week of 07/13- 1 hour of practice during the week, Game on Saturday, 07/18
Week of 07/20 - 1 hour of practice during the week, Game on Saturday, 07/25
Week of 07/27 - 1 hour of practice during the week, Game on Saturday, 08/01
Week of 08/03 - 1 hour of practice during the week, Game on Saturday, 08/08
Week of 08/10 - 1 hour of practice during the week, Game on Saturday, 08/15
Week of 08/17 - makeup games during the week, Game on Saturday, 08/22
Week of 08/24 - 1 hour of practice during the week, Last Game & awards on Saturday, 08/29
