The 2019 Indian Nations Lacrosse PST is set to begin using a Round Robin format. Games face-off on Thursday, May 9th @ 6:00pm @ Nienhuis Park in Broken Arrow and will conclude Saturday evening where we will advance the top four teams in each Grade into the Championship Semi-Finals on Sunday.

Round Robin GAMES:
Games will be played using a shortened game time. The regular season 24-minute time shall be reduced into 2-20-minute halves. Clock will only stop for injury and timeouts. Each team gets 1 timeout per half. Games can end in a tie. Coaches remember that in pool play your playing time reduces by 1/6th for example 5th-8th grade minimum playing time goes from 4 minutes to 3min 20 sec. per half. 2-3 goes from 6 min to 5 min per half. k/1 rotations remain the same due to game time not changing. Championship Semi and Finals are regular time so playing time goes back to regular season requirements.

The Points System for round robin play shall be calculated using the following:
Weighted Points (4th - 8th only):
Teams shall receive the following points utilizing the INLC regular season schedules, scores & final standings prior to entering pool play.

K/1 and 2/3 is a blind draw round robin tournament.

Divisional 1st place = 3 points
Divisional 2nd Place = 2 points
Divisional 3rd Place = 1 point
* Each team entered into the tournament shall receive 1 additional point for each regular season win.
(Ex. Teams going 8-0 in regular season and finishing 1st place in division will receive 11 points)

Pool Play Points:
WIN = 10 points
WIN BY FORFIET = 3 points
TIE = 1 point
LOSE = 0 points
GOAL = 1 point shall be accrued for each team goal (5-point maximum per game).

Seeding Tiebreakers:
1. Winner any Regular Season and/or Round Robin (Head to Head) matchups
2. Goals Against (Round Robin only, lower points advance)
3. Goal Differential (Round Robin only, greater of points using negatives as losses)
4. Regular Season records
5. Coin Toss

Teams with 4 games:
Points for one randomly selected game for each team playing in four round robin games will be dropped from the team points total. (The game will be drawn from a hat and will not be revealed until all games are played for the team with 4 games)

All Championship games will use INLC regular season timing and play rules. Seedings for Sunday will use the following format after points are tabulated:
The home team will be the top team in bracket play
Game 1 (top game) = #1 vs. #4
Game 2 (bottom game) = #2 vs. #3
Championship Game 3 = Semi-Final Winner vs. Semi - Final Winner

Tiebreakers (Finals):
In the event of a tie game, the game will proceed with one 4-minute sudden victory period. If no victor is then determined, the game will enter a sudden victory, untimed Braveheart.

INLC All-Star games will be played after the finals on Sunday, May 12th.

This year for the All-star game players will be selected during the round robin portion of the post season tournament.

Each team will be given 2 All-star coins per round robin game for a total of 6 coins (3 Offense, 3 Defense). As a coach you will select the best offensive player (offensive middie, attack, fogo, LSM) and the best defensive player (d-middie, defender, goalie) for each team you play and present that player with a coin immediately following the game. Please note that it is important that coaches remember to pass the coins out.

There will be sharpies at each table and on the back of the coin there will be a space to write the jersey number of the players you select.

If a player receives a coin during the round robin portion of the tournament they are then invited to attend and play in the all-star game on Sunday. All-star coin recipients need to arrive 45 minutes early for their game start time so they can check-in.

We are also inviting the 4 semi-final teamís goalies to attend and play in the All-star game as well.

Players will wear their team jersey for the all-star game.

Coaches for the All-star games will be the two coaching staffs for the championship games.
