5/29/2009 11:05:56 AM The Person County Recreation, Arts and Parks Department will have soccer sign-ups June 1 through July 24, 2009. Pee Wee (K5-6) All players must be 5 by 10/16/2009 A player cannot be 7 on or before 10/16/2009 League play will be on Monday and Thursday Intermediate (7-8) A player cannot be 9 on or before 10/16/2009 League play will be on Tuesday and Friday Midget (9-10) A player cannot be 11 on or before 10/16/2009 League play will be on Monday and Thursday Prep (11-12) A player cannot be 13 on or before 10/16/2009 League play will be on Tuesday and Friday Junior (13-14) A player cannot be 15 on or before 10/16/2009 League play will be on Tuesday and Friday All Make-Up games will be played on Saturdays!! All parents are asked to come by the Recreation Department no later than 5:00 pm Friday, July 24th to sign their child up for youth soccer. ON-LINE REGISTRATION IS NOW AVAILABLE at www.personcounty.net. Coaches are asked to come by the recreation department to fill out a volunteer application/background check form if they would like to coach a youth soccer team. Deadline to turn in an application is July 17th. Entry Fee will be $30.00 resident and $45.00 non-resident (this includes team shirt and socks).
