Welcome to the Chocolatetown Shootout 2012 Tournament Web Site.
NOTE: Any game cancelled due to weather- both teams get a 4-2 win. BUT our software cannot show a dual win so the game is reflected as 2-2. We will correct manually.

TOURNEY FORMAT
Most teams are divided into pools with the pool winners advancing to the championship bracket after playing three (3) games- some play four(4) games based upon the number of teams in the bracket.
Some brackets, because of a limited number of teams, will only have the two pool winners advance to a Championship. The other teams will play in the consolation bracket if they have not yet played 4 games.
All teams play at least four (4) Games- many play five (5) games.
Most play three (3) games on Saturday and at least one (1) game on Sunday.
Some of the older teams play two games on Saturday and two to three games on Sunday.
All teams play both days.
If a team plays in a pool with 4 games- the winner will advance to the Championship and the other teams will have completed their play.
There are a few games where teams play back to back games. The 2nd game will be delayed to allow each team at least 20 minutes rest. It can be less at the discretion of the coach.
