!!!Attention!!! Please remember that each team must play all scheduled games during the tournament including crossover games. Teams failing to show up for a game will be assessed a $100.00 forfeit bond for each game missed. The community or club they represent will be responsible for the bond if the team does not pay the bond. The bond must be payed before any teams from the club or community involved will be allowed to register teams the next season.

!!!Attention!!! The weather Saturday and possibly Sunday may be less than ideal. Therefore, there will be no practice or warmup activity before games on the fields in an attempt to limit the wear on the fields. There is adequate space at both locations just off the fields to allow for ample warmup. We may be able to adjust this policy as we see how the weather developes. Also, parents please be sure your children are dressed appropriately for the weather.

!!!Attention!!! Score reporting for the games this weekend will be handled a little different this year. Score report sheets will be used. After each game the center ref will mark the score of the game on the sheet, sign it and give it to the winning coach or in the case of a tie the home team which is always the team that is listed first. It will then be the coaches responsibility to check the sheet and bring the sheet to the tournament headquarters.

!!!Attention!!! The tournament schedule is now posted here on the tournament website. The game times and field assignments listed are final and no changes should need to be made. Because of how the software works it lists the games in rounds which are meaningless. In some divisions to avoid playing back to back games a later round game may be scheduled to be played before an earlier round game. To avoid any confusion check all the times of all the games your team is scheduled to play.

!!!Attention!!! Those of you attending tournament games at the Poland location are reminded that certain speed limits are being strictly inforced. It is 10 mph in the Tounship Park and 25mph on Cowden Rd. and Struthers Rd. entering and leaving the Park. Please be mindful of these restrictions as you travel to Poland.

For those of you not familure with the tournament locations. The Warren location is at Perkins Park which is located in downtown Warren near the square. It can be accessed from Perkins Dr. NW off of Mahoning Ave. NW. The Poland location is at the new fields in Poland Township Park in Poland. It is located on Moore Rd., off of Cowden Rd.

!About Those Bye Games! The way the software works when it is calculating the matchups in divisions where there is an uneven number of teams, it creates bye games that really do not exist. They have no times and no field assignment so you can just ignore them. Unfortunatly the way the program works it is impossible for them not to be displayed on the website.

!!!Attention!!! Again this year we have been advised that there will be no access available into the Warren location between approximatly 12:30pm and 1:30pm on Sunday due to staging for the parade. The fields will be available for play and the 12:40pm games will be played as scheduled. Some of the 1:50pm games have been moved to other times to limit traffic in the park at this time. Teams playing at 12:40pm or 1:50pm should BE SURE to get to the park before 12:30pm to avoid any problems. The roads into and out of the Park will be closed between 12:30pm and 1:30pm.

Due to the number of teams in the Boys U-12, Boys U-14, Girls U-11 Girls U-14, and Girls U-15 divisions crossover games are scheduled for Sunday between pools within the age divisions. These games will be played after placement is determined by pool play within each age division. To determin when your team will play look for the game that contains your division, pool and where your team finished in that pool after regular play. Tournament officials will be available at each site to help with any questions you may have.

The 2008 YAYSL Fall Classic tournament web site is under construction and will be updated as information on seeding, standings, game times and field locations becomes finalized.
