Work begins on our field!
The view from beyond right field as work continues!
Work is nearly complete as the finishing touches are put on!
Remember this view, because it will soon change dramatically as the field gets a new entryway that slopes up to the field and the dugout. There will no longer be a step into the dugout, but a slope to make it handicap accessible for our players... ;)
Work continues on the entryway, with the old cement slab gone...
Just waiting for the cement to be poured! You can see here how the field was leveled and raised about four inches so the limestone won't wash away when it rains!
Thanks to some gravel being donated, we were able to shape up the area around the shed by the home dugout.
And the area at the bottom of the steps by the concession stand.
The bullpens also got a facelift! Here is the visitor bullpen before...
